Ministry Collaborations

Elkins School of Art seeks to remain connected with individuals and organizations actively engaged in ministry, creative work, and mission-related service.

These connections are not structured as formal partnerships or jointly administered programs, but rather as relational networks that provide opportunities for exposure, dialogue, and shared insight.

Through these connections, participants may gain a broader understanding of how creative practice and facility stewardship are applied in real ministry contexts.

Forms of Engagement

Engagement may include:

  • Informal conversations with ministry practitioners and creative professionals
  • Occasional guest sharing sessions or invited talks
  • Exposure to real-world ministry projects and case examples
  • Opportunities to observe how creative and facility-related work is carried out in practice
  • Relational networking with individuals serving in church, mission, or business-as-mission contexts

These engagements are intended to provide perspective and encouragement, rather than formal instruction or employment-oriented training.

Examples of Ministry Connections

The school maintains informal connections with individuals and organizations such as:

Creative Design for Church Planting and Mission

Creatio International
Christian Design for Business as Mission
BAM Creative

These connections may support occasional interaction, dialogue, and shared learning opportunities aligned with the school’s mission.
