Participation

Participation at Elkins School of Art is open to individuals who desire to use creative gifts in service to churches, mission organizations, and ministry communities.

Our educational workshops are designed for participants from a variety of ministry backgrounds. While each workshop serves a different area of creative practice, all programs encourage thoughtful learning, practical application, and faithful stewardship within church and mission contexts.

Participation generally begins with registration for an educational workshop. Depending on the program, participants may be asked to provide information about their ministry background, professional experience, or educational interests in order to help place them in the most appropriate learning environment.

Some participants serving in churches or mission organizations who demonstrate financial need may be eligible to apply for scholarship assistance. Information regarding scholarship eligibility and the application process is available on the Scholarship Program page.

Scholarship assistance may be available for qualified participants who are actively serving in churches, mission organizations, or ministry settings and who demonstrate financial need.
